"Refund process was way slower than they made it sound"
I tried to return my order and the wording on the site made it seem like the refund would be quick and straightforward. It definitely wasn’t. The whole thing dragged on way longer than expected, and every time I contacted support, the replies were vague and didn’t really answer anything. Annoying experience overall.

"The shipping was a lot slower than..."
The shipping was a lot slower than I expected. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I was kind of left wondering when it would actually show up... Disappointing overall, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Box were beat up"
The box were all crushed when it showed up, which wasn’t great to see. The items was somehow okay inside, but yeah, not really cool...

"Customer service was no help"
I reached out because I had an issue, and the whole experience was frustrating. The wording on their site made it sound like they’d actually help or resolve things quickly, but that was definitely misleading. Replies were slow, and when they did respond, it felt like they were just giving me generic answers instead of trying to fix anything. it didn’t seem like they cared much at all

"Looked nice, but I felt a little embarrassed"
It looks good at first glance, but once I touched it, the wood felt cheaper than I expected. I was kind of embarrassed because I had been excited about it and showed it to someone right away, but the quality just didn’t feel as nice as it looked.

"Decent value, but the service was a hassle"
The prices were okay and I did get what I ordered, so it wasn’t a total disappointment. That said, I expected the overall experience to feel a little better for what I paid. Shipping was average, and customer service wasn’t great either. I called with a question and got transferred around more than once, which was frustrating and made the whole thing feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be. Not a terrible place to order from, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best deal I’ve found.

"The site made me give up fast"
I tried using the site, but it felt way more clunky than it should have. Every click seemed like it was sending me in circles, and after a few minutes I started wondering if it was designed that way on purpose. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it definitely felt like the site didn’t want me to find what I was looking for. I gave up quickly

"Good selection, found what I needed"
There was a lot to choose from, which was nice... but it wasn’t overwhelming. Browsing was easy, and I ended up finding exactly what I needed.
